Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty system will be able to vote electronically on the agenda items of the General Assembly through Tadawulaty’s website www.tadawulaty.com.sa. Registration and voting in the Tadawulaty system accessible for all shareholders. Electronic voting will begin at 1:00 AM on Thursday, 01-01-1447 AH (corresponding to 26-06-2025 AD) and will continue till the end of general assembly meeting.
