The United Cooperative Assurance Company announces the starting date of the electronic voting on the items of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting Agenda ( First Meeting ) .
With reference to the United Cooperative Assurance Company's announcement on Tadawul dated 28 Dhu AlQidah 1446H corresponding to 26 May 2025 regarding the invitation of the Board of Directors of the Company to the Shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of the company (first meeting) that will be held on Monday 20 Dhu AlHejah 1446H, corresponding to 16 June 2025 at 19:45 PM in the company headquarter in Riyadh by means of Modern Technology via Tadawualty website.
The company would like to remind and urge the Shareholders to participate and vote on the agenda items of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting via Electronic Voting, according to the Shareholders Guideline of Electric Voting issued by Edaa Center (attached for shareholders to view on the whole agenda items and to vote on it)
The Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty portal for services can vote on the agenda items of the General Assembly staring 01:00 AM in the morning of Thursday 12 June 2025 until the end of the assembly via Tadawulaty website https://login.tadawulaty.com.sa noting that registration and voting in Tadawulaty service is free for all shareholders.
The company would also like to note that questions and inquiries of Shareholders on the items on General Assembly Meeting will be received by communicating with the Shareholders Affairs Unit
