The company would like to remind and urge the Shareholders to participate and vote on the agenda items of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting via Electronic Voting, according to the Shareholders Guideline of Electric Voting issued by Edaa Center (attached for shareholders to view on the whole agenda items and to vote on it) The Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty portal for services can vote on the agenda items of the General Assembly staring 01:00 AM in the morning of Thursday 12 June 2025 until the end of the assembly via Tadawulaty website https://login.tadawulaty.com.sa noting that registration and voting in Tadawulaty service is free for all shareholders.
