Taiba Investments Company Announces the Timing and Method for 2024 Dividend Distributions

| Announcement Detail | Further to the previous announcement dated 19-03-2025 regarding the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2024 at a rate of 7.5% of the capital to the shareholders of Taiba Investments who hold company shares at the end of trading on Tuesday, 13-05-2025, and who are registered in the company’s shareholder register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the entitlement date and based on the approval of the Ordinary General Assembly of the company’s shareholders held on 13-05-2025 . Taiba Investments is pleased to announce to its esteemed shareholders that dividends will be distributed starting Thursday, 02-12-1446H (corresponding to 29-05-2025) at the rate of SAR 0.75 per share. The dividends will be automatically deposited into the investment accounts linked to the shareholders’ portfolios with all banks, or by visiting one of Riyad Bank’s branches to receive it. The company urges shareholders to deposit any physical share certificates they still hold that has been previously issued by the company, into their investment portfolios by submitting them in person to financial brokerage firms or to the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) and to notify the company after depositing in order to facilitate the payment of dividends due to them.
