Mohmmed Manea Aballala (Non-Executive Member) as Chairman of the Board of Directors. 2- Mr. Ibrahim Ali Bin Musallam (Non-Executive Member) as Vice-Chairman of the Board. The Board of Directors has also formed its committees in accordance with the approved duties and responsibilities, appointed the Board Secretary and the Representatives of the company in front of the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Stock Exchange “Tadawul”. |
