| Change Details | The details of the non-fundamental change are as follows: 1) Amendment of the investment policy regarding the proportions of investments in cash and money market instruments, as well as the restrictions applied under exceptional circumstances. 2) Clarification of the benchmark index methodology in compliance with the requirements of the regulatory authority’s regulations. 3) Expansion of the risk disclosure. 4) Clarification in the subscription fee text, wherever mentioned, that the fees apply to both new and additional subscriptions. 5) Adjustment of the publication fees on Tadawul based on the received invoice, which specifies a fee of SAR 5,000 per investment category; accordingly, the related tables have been updated to reflect this expense. 6) Inclusion of expenses at the fund level as part of the hypothetical example. 7) Updating the addresses and information of service providers, in addition to the address and details of the fund manager. 8) Updating the fund manager’s capital to SAR 100 million. 9) Updating the profile of the Chairman of the Board, Mishal Al-Hellow. 10) Updating the footnote. |
