The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) built the Mobile applications as a Service. Provided by Tadawul at no cost and is intended for use as is. The apps are available in Google Playstore and Apple Appstore under the seller name "Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul)".

9. (Tadawul) is trying to make this application available to the user all the time, however (Tadawul) is not responsible for the unavailability for any reason and for any period of time, (Tadawul) can suspend access to this application temporarily or permanently without any prior notice.

11. All these terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute that might arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction court in Saudi Arabia.
